Temp-to-Hire Nov 24, 2025 Maintenance The Maintenance position will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the warehouse facility, performing routine maintenance tasks, and addressing any repairs as needed. The maintenance worker will need to have a good understanding of electrical engineering as well as experience with basic carpentry and mechanical repair work. Additionally, the candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and ensure that the warehouse facility is kept in safe and functional condition at all times.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Conducting routine inspections of the warehouse facility to identify and address maintenance issues.
Performing repairs on electrical systems as needed.
Handling basic carpentry work, such as repairing doors, windows, and fixtures.
Conducting regular maintenance on warehouse equipment and machinery.
Maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Responding to maintenance requests from warehouse staff in a timely manner.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Competencies:
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering
Experience with basic carpentry and mechanical repairs
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:
This position operates primarily in an indoor warehouse setting, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. It requires frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, standing, and walking throughout their shift. Additionally, the position may require the ability to carry and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. It is essential for candidates to adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment to ensure a secure work environment.
