We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction General Laborer for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing construction team. This role supports job site operations by performing a variety of manual labor tasks while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Strong attendance, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential for long-term placement.
Assist with general construction tasks such as loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, and debris removal
Support skilled trades by carrying materials, tools, and equipment as needed
Operate basic hand and power tools safely (training provided if needed)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and supervisor instructions
Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Complete additional duties as assigned by site leadership
Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be able to pass applicable pre-employment requirements (background, drug screen, etc.)
