As a Production Associate, you’ll be a key part of our production team, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency. Position will require you to work morning shift of 6 am to 2:30pm, Monday- Friday and flexible to work weekends.

Requirements
Required
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Process Technology (PTEC) certification/degree preferred and/or Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and manufacturing best practices.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred:

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be a key part of our production team, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency. We have 3 shift options: 5AM - 1:30PM, 11AM -7:30PM and 10:30A - 7PM.
· Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies to designated locations in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum (as applicable)
Weld fabricated components, frames, fixtures, and custom parts per drawings and specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
Set up and adjust welding machines, fixtures, and jigs
Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and cosmetic quality; make adjustments as needed
Use grinders, torches, saws, and other shop tools to prep and finish materials
