We’re working with a long-standing client in Ponchatoula who is seeking a reliable Seasoned Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values dependable team members and offers long-term stability. We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled operator who can keep up with a very fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and stage materials according to company and client specifications
Move products, pallets, and inventory throughout a fast-paced facility
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow all OSHA guidelines, safety rules, and company procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
2+ years of forklift operating experience required
Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain/renew)
High energy and strong work stamina required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
Experience with RF scanners or inventory systems a plus
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently
2 years line lead experience along with team leader
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Dependable with good attendance and teamwork skills
Previous warehouse or production experience a plus
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time, temp-to-hire position

Temp-to-Hire Nov 24, 2025 Maintenance The Maintenance position will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the warehouse facility, performing routine maintenance tasks, and addressing any repairs as needed. The maintenance worker will need to have a good understanding of electrical engineering as well as experience with basic carpentry and mechanical repair work. Additionally, the candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and ensure that the warehouse facility is kept in safe and functional condition at all times.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Conducting routine inspections of the warehouse facility to identify and address maintenance issues.
Performing repairs on electrical systems as needed.
Handling basic carpentry work, such as repairing doors, windows, and fixtures.
Conducting regular maintenance on warehouse equipment and machinery.
Maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Responding to maintenance requests from warehouse staff in a timely manner.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Competencies:
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering
Experience with basic carpentry and mechanical repairs
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:
